• Washington Rose Spring Concert Celebrates Eric Carle!
     
    On Friday, May 16, 2014 the Washington Rose Band and Chorus collaborated to present a spring concert inspired by the work of children's author Eric Carle!  All of the concert songs had an animal theme and the gym was transformed with beautiful Carle inspired animal paintings by our own Ms. Wasson.  The band played " In the Jungle"  and "What does the Fox Say?", and the chorus sang "Roar".  There were even some special guest from Mrs. Yuengling, Mrs. Johnson, and Mrs. Kelly and Mrs. Priestley's students!
