Facilities Department Organizes, administers, and leads a comprehensive program of maintenance, grounds and custodial services that provide and maintain in an efficient and economical manner the facilities, grounds, equipment, and furnishings of the district, so that all students, staff, and the community are assured of clean, safe, attractive, and healthy places in which to learn and work.
The District’s draft 2019-2020 District-Wide School Safety Plan is available for public comment on this page. If you have any questions or feedback, please submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org by August 19, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. The Board of Education will hold a Public Hearing at the Roosevelt High School on August 20, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. regarding the District-Wide School Safety Plan. During the public hearing, school personnel, parents, students and any other interested parties will be given the opportunity to participate and be heard.
As a result of recent amendments to the Education Law, school districts that employ security personnel are now required to have an agreement developed with stakeholder input regarding school discipline and school security. The District’s draft memorandum of understanding is available for viewing on this page.
