    The Roosevelt School-Based Health Center which is located within theRoosevelt High School. (Temporarily located at335 E. Clinton Ave.at the Middle School while construction of old building).

    NuHealth (NUMC) in conjunction with the Roosevelt School District has as its purpose the provision of primary and preventive health care services on site to enrolled students. NuHealth remains committed to provide quality health care to every patient regardless of ability to pay.  

    Services are provided with no “out-of-pocket” expense.
