The Roosevelt School District is looking to seek advice from our students through a survey and is planning after-school and summer programs to support student health and wellness. As a result, the District is looking to learn about student interests and needs. The District would also like to learn if students are interested in a career in health or wellness.
Students, please answer honestly, and respectfully. This is an opportunity for students to let your teachers and administrators know what you want, what you value, and what matters to you. This information will be used to plan after-school, summer, and weekend programs that meet your needs!
